Harvest & Heritage
A Thanksgiving journey through Ireland’s flavours and folklore

As autumn deepens and Dublin settles into its quieter season, the city takes on a warmth all its own. Fires glow in pub windows, the air smells of malt and spice, and the pace slows to something more human. Harvest & Heritage is a seasonal food and storytelling walk that celebrates Ireland’s deep traditions of comfort, hospitality, and community.

This special Thanksgiving edition of our Homeland Heritage tour invites you to discover Dublin through its flavours and folklore. Over the course of three carefully chosen food stops, you’ll taste the best of Ireland’s autumn harvest -artisan cheeses, hearty stews, and spiced tarts - paired with two drinks that showcase local character. Each stop reveals how centuries of Irish storytelling and seasonal celebration are tied to the land, the kitchen, and the people who gather around them.

The route winds through Dublin’s historic streets and tucked-away corners, blending history, taste, and conversation in equal measure. You’ll hear stories of harvest festivals, homecomings, and the Irish idea of the “céad míle fáilte”, a hundred thousand welcomes. Every guest also receives a small Irish-made gift to mark the occasion, a token of the season’s spirit of gratitude and generosity.
The pace is unhurried, the company small, and the welcome genuine. You’ll eat, drink, and share in stories that have warmed Irish homes for centuries - an afternoon of harvest, heritage, and thanks in the heart of Dublin.
