Dublin à la Carte

Dublin's first food tour where you actually get a say.

Dublin à la Carte is a private, historian-led food walk through the heart of Dublin - with one twist. Before you arrive, you choose your tastings from a hand-picked menu of the city's finest Irish food experiences. Something for the adventurous, something for the cautious, and yes - something for the eight-year-old who will only eat things that are beige.

Vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, pescatarian - whatever your group's needs, the menu is built with you in mind. Dietary requirements aren't an asterisk here. They're part of the design.

Think artisan cheeses, traditional soda bread, and craft charcuterie alongside plant-based bites that don't feel like an afterthought. Choose your five tastings, let us know about any allergies or requirements, and we take it from there. Your selections are pre-arranged before you arrive, so there are no awkward on-the-spot negotiations and no settling for whatever happens to be available. You just show up hungry.

This is a fully private experience, led by a qualified Irish guide and research historian who has spent years excavating the wilder, stranger, and more delicious corners of Dublin's past. Because every group is different - in taste, in dietary needs, in appetite for adventure - no two tours ever look quite the same.
